Working with Right Track

Job Vacancies - October 23

We currently have vacancies for Activities Support Workers.

These staff members work largely with young people taking part in out of centre education activities and team challenges and outdoor and indoor group learning.

We also have vacancies for Personal Development Trainers. These are our staff who take groups sessions within our centres largely in relation to broad-based lifeskills and who help our young people to develop the skills they need for work.

No prior experience or qualifications are needed for either positions, other than an empathy for our client group and an interest and belief in the work of the organisation. A sense of humour and a non-judgemental approach is essential!

We work 4 days per week (28 hours). The starting salary is £16,739. We welcome anyone who would like to work part-time with us, from 1-4 days per week.

For more information, please contact gilll@rtscot.co.uk or message us via our Facebook Page.

Volunteering

We always welcome Volunteers who can enhance all aspects of what we do. We provide full training and support and reimburse reasonable travel and subsistence costs. We appreciate our volunteers and can accommodate a few hours a week working with us or more structured involvement.

Should you be interested in working with Right Track on a voluntary basis, please contact Jim Duffy on 0141-556-1991 or jimd@rtscot.co uk in the first instance.
